What we do.

We represent the survivors of loved ones who have been killed by the wrongful act of another.  We have provided legal counsel to parents who have lost children, children who have lost parents, and spouses who have lost their partners.

We endeavor to provide compassionate representation, while also fiercely advocating for the negligent person or entity to be held responsible.

As a survivor, you may have the right to file a wrongful death lawsuit to hold the those who caused your loss legally responsible. While nothing can make up for the loss of a loved one, we believe that financial compensation and a finding of legal responsibility can help facilitate closure.

Wrongful Death.

Wrongful death occurs when a person is killed due to the negligence or misconduct of another party. Washington's Wrongful Death statutes identify particular persons (called statutory beneficiaries), typically family members, who may bring an action for wrongful death.

Wrongful deaths do occur in situations such as:

• Auto Accidents, for example, deaths caused by drunk or reckless driving, unsafe trucking practices, or high speed collisions;
• Bicycle Accidents, for example, deaths caused by aggressive or unsafe driving;
• Pedestrian Accidents, for example, deaths caused by failure of a vehicle to yield to a pedestrian in an intersection;
• Highway Safety and Government Liability, such as negligence in the maintenance or design of a roadway or intersection;
• Dangerous Premises Liability, for example, deaths caused by slip and fall accidents, falling merchandise, inadequate security, or negligent maintenance
